20 days of fermentation between 25 / 28°C. Cool fermented during 24 hours. 8 months in french oak barrels

Tasting Notes
Dark ruby color. Aromas of blackberry, spice, earth, coffee, smoke and toast. Big dry, fruity, rich with soft tannins.
Good balance with a long and lasting finish.
